About Us
SR Holdings Group was originally founded in 2020 to pursue opportunistic real estate development and investment throughout Florida. SR’s key principals Roni Avraham, and Simon Zikri are industry veterans with over 70 years of combined industry experience. possessing the capabilities and resources to develop, acquire, construct, reposition, finance commercial and residental real estate throughout the United States and international markets.
SR’s Principals have developed over 16,000 multifamily units across the United States, China, and Israel totaling well over $1 billion in market value.
SR Itself has performed over $88 million in multifamily renovations and construction to reposition land or distressed assets into stabilized communities. With over 450 units currently in various stages of design, development and acquisition, SR continues to grow.
SR owns multiple properties in the Orlando, Miami and Atlanta area. Most of the pipeline projects already include entitlement and permits thereby shortening the development process by years.
SR owns SR RENOVATIONS LLC. This subsidiary is a licensed General contractor in multiple states and performs all construction work for the holdings group. SR also performs multimillion dollar renovation and construction projects for third parties. It is this ability to perform in house construction and development that makes SR more competitive than other developers.
The Group’s vision is to develop over 1,500 units in the next 5 years for rent or sale in multiple markets.
Introducing Our Leadership
Roni Avraham
Roni Avraham is a seasoned real estate developer and licensed general contractor with over 25 years of experience in large-scale multifamily residential development across the United States, China, and Israel.
He previously served as CEO of a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and has led international development firms in executing complex real estate projects with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and high returns.
Since 2007, he has held various senior management roles across international firms specializing in the development of real estate projects. He oversaw the development of a residential tower in Manhattan and has developed over 11,000 multifamily units.
Simon Zikri
Shimon (Simon) Zikri is the founder of SR Renovations LLC, a licensed general contracting firm operating in Florida and Georgia since 2006. With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction and multifamily renovation, Mr. Zikri leads the construction arm of SR Holdings and SR Renovations, overseeing the development and renovation of more than 3,000 multifamily units annually totaling over $25 million in project volume.
Under his leadership, SR Renovations has successfully completed interior and exterior renovations across the U.S., including large-scale projects. SR also imports high-end finishes including cabinetry, countertops, and tiles from Europe and South America, allowing greater design control and cost efficiency across developments.
