Meet RONI
Co-FounderRoni Avraham has amassed an impressive 25 years of experience developing large-scale multifamily real estate communities worldwide including in the United States, China, and Israel. Roni co-founded SR in 2020 with his business partner and is both a real-estate developer and licensed GC (in Israel).
Before founding SR, Roni held various senior management roles in his storied career leading international firms specializing in the development of real estate projects successfully building over 11,000 multifamily residences however today his passion and sole focus is the development of projects through SR.
As the former CEO of a listed company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Roni has a firm basis in executive management and is well-versed in not only having the vision for a successful project but the skills to take it across the finish line. He has a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and his licensed real estate appraiser certification from Haifa University (Polytechnic) and the Institute for Licensed Contractors and Civil Engineering in Tel Aviv.
