SR Horizon Renovations (“SR”) is a subsidiary of SR Holdings, and is a licensed licensed General Contractor in FL and GA. Led by SR Co-Founder Shimon Zikri, SR oversees the complete renovation and construction of multifamily properties across the country. SR successfully constructs and renovates a volume of approximately 3,000 multifamily units per year with awarded contracts over $25 million annually. Since 2006, SR Horizons under the leadership of Mr Zikri has performed over $38 million worth of renovations in the U.S. Mr. Zikri manages construction schedules by creating a critical path for subcontractors while monitoring the quality of projects, resulting in the early completion and on-budget delivery of his contracts. SR is the company construction arm and as of today building 5 new construction project for SR in Miami area with the value of $30,000,000.
