With over 70 years of collective experience, Shimon Zikri and Roni Avraham possess an unparalleled and diverse set of capabilities ranging across the entire development lifecycle with expertise including land acquisition/entitlement, construction, repositioning, financing, and portfolio management.
Originally founded in Miami we here at SR have a keen focus on transforming the landscapes of the walkable and vibrant communities we develop in bettering these neighborhoods for all involved. We constantly seek to expand our vast portfolio primarily in multifamily real estate and recently have expanded our vision to Georgia with our flagship condominium project there in the heart of Sandy Springs called ViŌ.
