Meet SHIMON

Co-Founder

Shimon Zikri not only is one of the three co-founders of SR but also is the founder of SR Horizon Renovations (“SR”) a licensed general contractor in Florida and Georgia since 2006. SR renovates and builds multifamily properties across the country and is the construction arm of SR. SR also constructs and renovates for outside clients with a volume of approximately 3,000 multifamily units per year at a value of over $25,000,000.

Mr. Zikri is a “hands-on” operator and personally oversees all construction and renovation projects with the SR team. Mr. Zikri is heralded for bringing in his projects on time and within budget. Mr. Zikri and SR are currently completing several multimillion-dollar in-house construction projects for SR in Little Havana, Florida.
